Atty. Junel Anthony Ama y Dizon was appointed as Corporate Secretary of the Intercontinental Broadcasting Corporation (IBC) on July 22, 2025. He also serves as Administrative Manager of the corporation, bringing with him extensive experience in corporate governance, legal practice, and public service.

A seasoned legal professional, Atty. Ama is a Managing Partner of Ama and Paredes Law Firm and has been engaged in private legal practice for decades. His career spans various key roles, including Chief of Staff in the House of Representatives, Legal Officer, and National Security Officer, reflecting a strong background in both government service and regulatory compliance.

He earned his Juris Doctor from the Lyceum of the Philippines College of Law and previously studied at the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law. He also holds a degree in Economics from the University of the Philippines.

In his role as Corporate Secretary, Atty. Ama plays a vital part in ensuring IBC’s adherence to corporate governance standards, particularly in compliance with the Governance Commission for GOCCs (GCG). His leadership supports the corporation’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and operational excellence.
