President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. is optimistic that key infrastructure projects in Davao will be completed before the end of his term in 2028.

In his speech during the distribution of land titles and certificates of condonation with release of mortgage (COCROM) in Panabo, President Marcos said the completion of the projects will pave the way for prosperity and development in the region.

The President said he intends to revisit the region to inaugurate these significant projects.

Among the projects are the Tagum City Bypass Road, the Island Garden City of Samal Circumferential Road – both are expected to be completed by 2026 – and the Carmen-Tagum City Coastal Road.

President Marcos said the timely completion of these infrastructure projects would provide convenience for residents, facilitate faster transport of good, and enhance the region’s tourism industry.

During his visit, President Marcos distributed COCROMs to over 11,000 beneficiaries across Davao de Oro, Davao del Norte, and Davao Oriental.

He also awarded 672 e-titles to agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) in Davao del Norte and Davao del Sur. PND
