The Presidential Communications Office (PCO) has launched “Sa Totoo Lang: A Digital Storytelling Challenge,” a nationwide short-form video contest for Grades 10 to 12 students in public and private schools.

The contest invites students to produce 90-second videos highlighting the Marcos administration’s “Good News,” programs and initiatives from the past 30 days, while promoting truth, fact-checking, civic responsibility, and the positive impact of government programs.

Entries may be uploaded on TikTok, Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts with the hashtags #SaTotooLang and #UsapTayoBayanMuna.

Submissions will be accepted from the 1st to the 15th of each month, starting October 1, through the official Google Form. Students under 18 must secure parental consent.

Winners will be recognized in three categories: Pinakapinag-usapan Award (Most Viewed), Pinaka-makahulugan Award (Most Meaningful), and Tagasuri ng Katotohanan Award (Fake News Buster).

Judging will be based on engagement, clarity, creativity, accuracy, and relevance.

Monthly winners will receive a tablet and a Certificate of Recognition from the PCO. Judges will come from the PCO, the Department of Education, and civil society organizations.

The PCO reminded participants to use only original or properly licensed materials and warned that entries with offensive content or manipulated engagement will be disqualified.

For details, students may contact the PCO at milc@pco.gov.ph.
