NBI released Sarah Discaya’s mug shot after being arrested (Photo from NBI);
while former DPWH 1st District Engineer Henry Alcantara returned P71 million as part of restitution.
Kaugnay ito ng iba’t ibang kaso kabilang ang violation of Section 3 (e) of Republic Act No. 3019 o Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act at “malversation of public funds or property through falsification of public documents” sa ilalim ng Article 217.
“The NBI underscores that all actions taken are in strict observance of due process and the rule of law. Further updates will be released through official channels as warranted,” pahayag ng NBI.
