President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. leads the 6th LEDAC meeting on September 25, 2024.

“We expect an additional five of these bills to be finished and enacted on the part of the Senate and the House before the year ends and before we go on our Christmas break. When we resume, we expect to be able to pass on the part of the Senate about 3 to 5 more of these measures, totalling therefore, an additional 13 before we go on formal break and end the 19th Congress,” paliwanag ng Senate President.

“Yesterday, we received communication from His Excellency certifying to the urgency of the passage of the 2025 GAB. The House of Representatives commits to approve the FY 2025 General Appropriations Bill on second and third reading by today’s session, before we adjourn for the October recess,” pahayag ni House Speaker Martin Romualdez.

— VC
