Recognizing the rising frequency and intensifying effect of climate change, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. on Thursday called on Filipinos in Central Mindanao to continue conserving its abundant natural resources and strengthen the country’s agriculture.
The Chief Executive also touted the near completion of the flood mitigation structure in Alabel and Kiamba.
President Marcos hoped that the flood control infrastructures would mitigate flood and damages on Sarangani’s crops.
President Marcos on Thursday visited Region XII to distribute 1,251 Certificates of Land Ownership (CLOAs) and 13,527 Certificates of Condonation with Release of Mortgage (CoCROMs) to 11,709 Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) from Sarangani, Cotabato, South Cotabato, and Sultan Kudarat. PND
