“This law is a quiet but powerful affirmation that the Filipino government listens, understands and acts,” mensahe ni Romualdez.
“With RA 12160, we are proving that governance is not merely about passing policies; it is about honoring people’s faith, their identity and their traditions, even in their final hours,” dagdag niya.
Pinasalamatan din ng House Speaker si Lanao Del Sur Representative Zia Alonto Adiong na pangunahing may-akda ng batas.
“Congressman Zia’s resolve reflects the heart of Mindanao and the spirit of genuine representation. His voice carries not only the cry of his people, but the ideals of a country that seeks to embrace all its children, equally and respectfully,” saad ni Romualdez.
Kaugnay nito ay inatasan na ang Department of Health (DOH), Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), at National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF) na bumuo ng mga konkretong alituntunin upang matiyak ang maayos at makataong pagsunod sa naturang batas sa buong bansa. – VC
